Weingut Dreissigacker from Rheinhessen farms about 21 hectares of which 40% are planted to Riesling with some of the vines being up to 45 years old.
Winemaker Jochen Dreissigacker lets the juice macerate on the grape skins for 30-70 hrs to get more extract into the final wine.
