Domaine Zind-Humbrecht's winemaker Olivier Humbrecht is one of the leading proponents of biodynamic viticulture in Alsace. The grapes in his vineyards reach high ripeness levels, resulting often in powerful Rieslings with alcohol levels above 15%. Olivier Humbrecht is also one of the few winemakers to hold the prestigious title of Masters of Wine.
