The Heart & Hand winery sources the fruit for its Riesling from Hobbit Hollow Farm, Patrician Verona Vineyards and Nutt Road Vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked.

The Riesling has a pale lemon color. It has a medium intensity of ripe peach aromas with a hint of sulfur (not unattractive). Medium sweet on the palate the wine is balanced by high acidity and its medium alcohol level is well integrated. Medium intensity of white peach and pear flavors. There is a nice touch of herbs and spices - woodruff and black pepper - that give this Riesling weight and length. Elegant touch of bitterness towards the finish.

Conclusion:

Delightfully refreshing Riesling with herbal depth.

In short:
Good - Very good
