Deep ruby color. Medium(+) intensity of black cherry and plum aromas with elegant earthy notes of hay and clay. Dry on the palate. The alcohol is very well integrated, this Freisa tastes very soft and smooth from start to finish. The tannins are ripe and just strong enough to give the wine a good grip, something to hold on to while we taste the playful and flowery flavors of morellos and plums. Long length. Drink now through 2018.
