The Terra Montosa is Breuer's "second wine". The grapes are picked from those vineyards/parcels which did not make it into the estate's top wines. But second does not have to be bad.
Medium lemon color with a wide watery rim. Youthful nose with a medium intensity of citrus aromas, with flint and pear drops. Dry palate, medium acidity and body. Medium intensity of lemon and minerals. Medium length, finishing with notes of hay. Medium(-) alcohol.
Harmonious fruit and acidity levels. Very elegant overall. Food-friendly wine, but also perfectly enjoyable on its own, because of its mineral character and the subtle flavor of hay towards the end.
