Beautiful aromas of ripe apple, grapefruit, flowers, wood. Dry. Medium(+) acidity, medium body. Flavors of ripe apple, citrus and pepper. Long length with a peppery finish. What a pleasure that wine was. Flowery fruit aromas framed by a faint smell of old wood. Lasting spicy flavors. It's perfect now but in 5-7 years this could be a stunning wine.
