Medium golden color. Pronounced aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, honey and hay. Sweet on the palate. Not surprisingly the acidity is a bit low in this vintage. The flavor profile of this light-bodied Riesling is as pronounced and diverse: gooseberry, smoke and minerality. Medium(+) length.

Light in body, mighty in flavor concentration. Although not lacking in elegance, it does not have the necessary acidity to hold all that weight of extract. Drink now or within the next 2-3 years.

In short:
Good
